Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and musician. She's known for both her stage work as well as her performance as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spin-off Raven's Home. Van der Pol landed her first role on television in 2003 as the charming Chelsea Daniels, starring with Raven-Symone Oland Brown and Kyle Massey. She sang the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for a Disneymania release in 2006. While on Broadway, as Belle van der Pol, she recorded a wide range of songs that could be heard on the soundtrack for the musical. This included A Change in Me.
